You can find a directory of our services here. The directory is not exhaustive and we can provide virtually any service you might need. Anything from the production of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to templates, websites, research, handling correspondence... you name it.
We provide administrative and support services to businesses, community groups and individuals; anyone and anywhere. Being a web/telephone based service we can help anyone in the UK, and beyond.
The minimum service is one hour. The maximum is 20 hours per week. Click here for a list of charges
Email is the best way to get in touch. During the day we often meet with clients, so during busy times we may not be able to answer the telephone. An email will get a response within two hours, however, in most cases.
It's simple. Just email us your order, or go to the orders section of the website, and we can go from there. We fulfil orders by email unless otherwise stated: you can have documents in hardcopy, word or .pdf format, on CD-rom or USB stick. It's up to you.
We charge by the hour, with additional specific fees for some services. You can see our charges here.
We will agree the number of hours expected for the work in advance. If the work takes longer than anticipated we will not charge extra for this.
Pay as you go hours and supplementary charges will be invoiced by email once work is completed. Pre-purchase hours and fixed charge products can be bought in advance. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer instead then please get in touch.
No; as we are a business service rather than an employee you need not worry about tax, national insurance etc. You only pay our standard rates.
For businesses the costs of using our services are fully tax deductible.
We can guarantee that any information you provide to us or work you ask us to do will remain fully confidential. Once any work is completed we will return any documents to you and destroy all drafts and copies in our possession on request. We will not retain any personal information other than what we need for business purposes (e.g. accounting) or for legal reasons.
Our service is not membership based. You will be able to access our service as often as you wish without any account or other administrative hurdles. As always, simply get in touch when you need us.
Helpful Admin creates documents using standard English spelling unless otherwise specified; criticise rather than criticize, neighbour rather than neighbor, autumn rather than fall. However, we use American spelling where it is the convention to do so, such as medicines, and we use accents and special characters as appropriate.
