We will send you a statement after each job indicating how many hours you have left, and contact you if you begin to run low on hours to give you the option of renewing at the discounted rate.
Pre-purchase hours are suitable for anyone who may wish to send us a large amount of work, or regularly send us some work over a period of time. It allows you to secure a discount over our standard rate.
Pay as you go is suitable for ad-hoc items of work, where you may not use the service again for a significant period of time, or if you are using our service to cover a short-term business need.
