How it works

You can access our services in two ways; pre-purchase or pay as you go hours. Read below to see how each option works.

Pre-purchase

  1. At the orders section of the website please select 'pre-purchase hours' and complete the order form.
  2. We will send a confirmation email and an invoice to you straight away.
  3. Once we have received payment you can access our services without further charge at any time.

We will send you a statement after each job indicating how many hours you have left, and contact you if you begin to run low on hours to give you the option of renewing at the discounted rate.

Pre-purchase hours are suitable for anyone who may wish to send us a large amount of work, or regularly send us some work over a period of time. It allows you to secure a discount over our standard rate.

Pay as you go

  1. At the orders section of the website, and select 'pay as you go order' and complete the order form.
  2. We will send a confirmation email to you indicating how many hours we believe the work will take, quoting the cost: If you agree we will undertake the order
  3. You will be invoiced by email on completion of the work.

Pay as you go is suitable for ad-hoc items of work, where you may not use the service again for a significant period of time, or if you are using our service to cover a short-term business need.
